Today I received my new PGM dress form in the mail! I am not affiliated with this company or reimbursed for reviewing their products (yet). I just really love these dress forms.
First , they have a natural body shape. Second, it’s padded. You can put pins in it (at an angle) making it perfect for draping! Another perk of this dress form is that the shoulders are collapsable making it a lot easier to put garments on and take them off.
This is how it arrive
After I unpacked everything, I went to the PGM website https://www.pgmdressform.com for instructions on how to assemble it. The instructions were for the full body form but they still worked for me. Putting everything together was fairly easy. I did need to get another person to press on the pedal while I aligned the parts on the inner pole.
There was a protective coating on the chrome parts. It peeled off easily.
Voila! Here is the finished dress form. I will be posting the beautiful garments I make on it soon!
